L'histoire du Ampoule T10
Au début…Ceux qui ont déjà acheté des ampoules LED pour le tableau de bord connaissent sûrement les termes « ronde » et « plate ».
Le mot « ronde » fait référence à la forme située au-dessus de l’ampoule LED, qui est un demi-cercle.
Le mot « plate » désigne également la partie supérieure de l’ampoule LED, mais il s’agit d’un demi-cercle coupé, dont la partie supérieure est plate.

Récemment, les gens ont développé des puces LED plates, qui ont considérablement amélioré la luminosité et la durabilité. Au début, le design utilisait un éclairage unilatéral (« single-sided lighting »), mais pour un tableau de bord rétroéclairé, il deviendra une limite de luminosité concentrée sur une seule zone, ce qui empêche d’éclairer uniformément toutes les parties du tableau de bord. C’est pourquoi on a créé des LED à éclairage sur cinq faces.
• "L’éclairage unilatéral" est placé directement au-dessus de l’ampoule LED : seule une face est éclairée, et donc la diffusion lumineuse est limitée.
• "L'éclairage LED à cinq côtés" Les ampoules LED utilisent une technologie à cinq faces d’éclairage pour augmenter la luminosité et élargir l’angle d’éclairage.

L'histoire du Ampoule T5
Le T5, comparé au T10, a une histoire de développement beaucoup plus simple. Elle se divise principalement en deux types : l’éclairage unilatéral et l’éclairage à cinq faces.
• "L’éclairage unilatéral" installé directement au-dessus de l’ampoule, seule une face est éclairée, ce qui limite la diffusion de la lumière.
•" L’éclairage à cinq faces "Ces ampoules utilisent une émission lumineuse sur cinq côtés afin d’augmenter la luminosité et d’élargir l’angle d’éclairage. En réalité, l’évolution du T5 suit le même parcours que la phase finale du développement du T10. Il a fallu résoudre le problème d’une couverture lumineuse insuffisante, ce qui a conduit à la conception de l’éclairage multi-faces.

L’éclairage unilatéral T10, comparé à la version plate, est plus lumineux. En revanche, la zone d’éclairage n’est pas assez étendue à cause de son design à direction unique.
