Truly easy process the warranty & get replacement. Return shipping label provided for the quality issue. Unauthorized reselling of PA-HYUGA products are strictly prohibited and we can't honor the warranty if the purchase is made from the unauthorized dealers. 

3 Steps to Claim the Warranty

• Submit a request

• Get your Replacement (Once the buyer gets a response email from PA-HYUGA and the replacement will be shipped within 2 business days.)

• Return the product (We will offer the return shipping label if the product needs to be sent back for testing.)

What isn't covered by the warranty?

• Purchases from unauthorized dealers
• Improperly operated devices
• Lost or stolen products
• Non-quality-related issues
• Installation cost, labor cost, diagnostics tracking service, towing, rental car, or any other expense unrelated to the products.

How long does the coverage last?

• The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Per-Accurate Inc. is (1) 6 months and (2) 12 months from the date of purchase, which is announced in the Product Description of our Product Page. (3) 18 months under Warranty Plus. If there is no warranty announcement for the certain products, the Warranty Period is 6 months.

• The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

What is a valid proof of purchase?

• An Amazon order number or eBay username or a purchase made through www.paledbulb.com
• A dated sales receipt from an authorized PA-HYUGA dealers that shows a description of the product along with its price

Warranty Plus

• Warranty Plus covers 18-Month Protection Plan, and lengthens the duration of basic warranty (6 months or 12-months depending on the item) to be 18 months. Warranty Plus will be verified from the date: (1) when customer makes the order for the items with basic warranty (2) the condition that the customer registers the PA LED Bulb Online Shop account. The Warranty Plus is valid for the items from any order from PA LED Bulb Online Shop, our official Amazon, eBay and NewEgg shops only when they register PA LED Bulb Online Shop account. When the customer inquires Warranty Plus for item repair or replacement, the registered e-mail address or the full name is essential to verify the warranty.
