T10 LED計器灯の歴史

初期には… LED 計器灯を購入したことがある人なら、「丸い」や「平らな」という言葉に馴染みがあるはずです。

「丸型」とは、LED電球の上部にある半円状の形を指します。

「フラット」とは、LED電球の上部の形状を指します。半円ですが、半分にカットされており、上部がフラットになっています。下の図1を参照してください。

最近、フラットな LED チップが開発され、明るさと耐久性が大幅に向上しました。当初は「片面照明」の設計でしたが、バックライト付きダッシュボードの場合、1 つのブロックの明るさが限界となり、ダッシュボードの隅々まで照らすことができません。そのため、「5 面照明」が設計されるようになりました。

• 「片面照明」はLED電球の真上に設置され、片面のみが照らされ、照度が制限されます。

• 「五面照明」 LED電球は五面照明を採用し、明るさと照射角度を向上しています。図2で確認できます。

T5 LED計器灯の歴史

T5はT10に比べて開発の歴史がずっと単純です。主に「片面照明」と「五面照明」に分けられます。

• 「片面照明」は電球の上に直接設置され、ライトの片側のみが照らされ、照明範囲が限られている。

• 「五面照明」、電球は明るさと照明エリアの角度を増すために五面照明を採用しています。実際、T5の歴史はT10の後期進化と同じです。照明の幅が十分でないという問題を解決し、多面照明を実現しました。
