We Have a Hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy For All PA-HYUGA® Products.

Return The Items and Get A Refund or Exchange Step by Step

  • Submit a request
  • Ship it back (Return label will be provided for a selected reason)
  • Receive refund or replacement (Once the return items are received/ on its way back to the merchant your refund/ replacement will be shipped within 2 business days)
  • NOTE: Our refund does not cover installation cost, labor cost, diagnostics tracking service, or any other expense unrelated to the products.

Return & Refund Policy for LED Bulb

  • We have a 60-days hassle-free return and refund policy for VIP club members.
  • We have a 30-days hassle-free return and refund policy for non-VIP club members.
  • If you request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days of your purchase, a return shipping label or return address will be emailed to you.
  • Return label will be provided for the quality issue and compatibility issue only. The reason for return is not a result of HYUGA error, return shipping costs will be responsible by the customer.
  • Please email back and update the return tracking number if the customer returns the item by using the return address (not a return label) so that we could track the order and make sure you get the refund, exchange item or replacement.
  • We provide USPS label for small package.
  • Return shipping label should be used within 30 days.
  • Please allow 1 to 7 business days to receive the refund on your credit card statement.
  • We do not refund the shipping fee.
  • For warranty returns passed the 30 days, please call or email us so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible support.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
